2011: International Launch
The acquisition of Watts marked the beginning of Interfit’s operations in four countries: the United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Mexico. This expansion introduced the Interfit brand to international markets, shaping a global vision for service.
2012: European Expansion
With new acquisitions in Italy and the Netherlands, Interfit strengthened its presence in Europe and began transitioning to complete wheel replacement services, a more efficient and scalable approach to specialty tire service.
2014: Business expansion
Further acquisitions in France and the UK consolidated Interfit’s presence in key European markets. During this phase, the company also initiated regional agreements with main customers, reinforcing its role as a trusted partner for manufacturers.
2016: Interfit Goes Global
Interfit entered North and South America through strategic acquisitions, officially becoming a global service network. This milestone reflects the company’s commitment to serving fleets worldwide with consistent quality and expertise.
2018: Agriculture and Construction
Beyond Material Handling, Interfit expanded into the Agriculture segment in Italy and the Construction segment in Germany. These moves broadened the company’s scope and demonstrated its ability to adapt to diverse industrial sectors.
2020: Strengthening in North America
Interfit continued to grow through targeted acquisitions, consolidating its position in North America and the EMEA region. This phase focused on expanding service capabilities and growing the customer base.
